A 2-5/16" ball hitch is required to rent our trailers. If you don't have one available, save time and money by renting one from us for just $10 per rental. Simply return the ball hitch when you return the trailer!

Our Requirements

  • Towing Vehicle Requirements:

    To ensure a safe and efficient experience, your towing vehicle must meet the following criteria:

    Condition: The vehicle must be in good working order and capable of towing.

    Approved Vehicle Types:

    Ford: F-150 or higher

    Chevy/Ram: 1500 or higher

    Toyota: Tundra or Sequoia

    Additionally, your vehicle must be equipped with a 2-5/16" ball hitch for proper towing compatibility.

  • Trailer Rental Requirements:

    To rent a trailer with EzPz Equipment Rentals, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

    Completed Trailer Rental Agreement: All renters must fill out and sign the agreement.

    Valid Georgia Driver’s License: The driver’s license must match the renter’s information.
    Note: The license must be current and unexpired.

    Valid Vehicle Insurance: The renter must be listed on the provided insurance card.

    Valid Credit Card: Required for payment and security purposes.

    Please double-check these requirements to avoid any delays during the rental process.

  • Trailer Rental Terms:

    Security Deposit:
    A $100 security deposit will be held at the time of rental. This deposit will be fully released upon the return of the trailer in its original condition with no damage.

    Rental Period: Minimum rental duration is 2 days.

    Additional days will incur a charge of $75 per day.

    Discounted Rates for Extended Trailer Rentals:

    Extended Rentals: We offer special discounted rates for customers who choose longer trailer rental periods, providing you with even greater value for your rental needs.

Our Policy

  • Rental Policy

    Requirements for Self-Service Trailer Rental:

    1. The renter must agree to all terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.

    2. A valid Georgia Driver’s License must match the renter’s submitted information.

    3. The renter must provide valid vehicle insurance, and the renter’s name must be listed on the insurance card.

    4. The individual who submits their name, driver’s license, and insurance for renting the trailer must be the sole driver of the trailer.

    Non-Compliance Penalties:

    1. Failure to comply with self-service procedures will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

    2. Any damages caused by improper handling or negligence will result in additional charges, including repair costs and administrative fees.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or service time to receive a full refund.

    Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service time, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

    We understand that plans can change and appreciate your cooperation in notifying us promptly.

  • Customer Liability:

    The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages to the trailer during the rental period, as outlined in the rental agreement.

    The credit card provided at the time of rental will be charged for damages upon return if payment is not made by the renter directly.

  • Important Reminder:

    Do Not Overfill the Dumpster: To ensure safe towing and compliance, the total weight of the trailer and loaded items must not exceed 10,000 lbs.

    Overloading Penalties: Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:

    Dumping fees

    Labor fees
