Scheduling:
Visit our website to book your EZ Haul service at a date and time that works best for you.

Estimated Quote:
Upload clear photos and a video of the items you wish to remove through our booking form. This allows us to provide an estimated price based on the expected load size. Please note that the final cost may vary once our team assesses the items on-site.

Price Confirmation:
Once you agree to the provided estimate, we will send you a secure payment link to secure your reservation.

Junk Removal:
Our professional team will arrive within a two-hour window at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, they will assess the items you want removed and confirm the final price. Simply point out the items you want gone, and our team will handle the rest. They will efficiently remove items from any location on your property, whether it’s the garage, basement, backyard, or inside your home. Our team takes care of all the heavy lifting, loading, and will leave the area clutter-free.

Reservation Process: Our starting price is $100, but the final cost may vary depending on the photos, videos, and on-site assessment of your project. To provide an accurate estimate, we kindly request that you upload clear and detailed photos and videos during the booking process. Once your booking form is submitted, our team will review your information carefully and contact you to confirm the estimate and discuss the reservation details. If you're happy with the estimate, we’ll provide a secure payment link for you to finalize your booking with ease. It’s as simple as that!
Special Items: Items or single large items that require special handling or disposal will incur additional charges. To include these in your booking, please click the additional products listed below in the form.

How We Price:
The cost depends on you. It depends on the amount of space your items occupy in our trailer. We have a minimum charge for smaller loads, and from there, our pricing is based on volume or weight, meaning you only pay for the space your items or dense materials occupy in the truck.
To get a better estimate, upload clear photos and videos with your request form it makes it much easier for us to provide an accurate quote once we see how much junk we’re dealing with.
We charge in two ways:
By Volume: Based on the amount of space your items take up in the truck.
By Weight: For specific materials like piles of dirt, construction debris, or concrete, charges are determined by the overall weight of the load.
Junk Removal Pricing:
Minimum Load: $100
1/4 Load: $250
1/2 Load: $420
3/4 Load: $550
Full Load: $600

Dense Material Load Pricing:
For safety purposes, when dealing with dense materials like concrete or gravel, we can only load the truck to a depth of one foot. Additional charges may apply at the dump site, depending on the material's weight.

Services Provided:
1. Residential Junk Removal:
Furniture disposal (sofas, tables, chairs).
Appliance removal (ovens, washers, dryers).
Yard waste cleanup (branches, leaves, outdoor furniture).
Electronics (TVs, computers, printers).
Estate cleanouts.
2. Commercial Junk Removal:
Office equipment removal (desks, chairs, computers, filing cabinets).
Construction debris (drywall, concrete, tiles, wood).
Retail cleanouts (shelves, displays, outdated inventory).
3. Specialized Services:
Heavy Item Hauling: Pianos, safes, and oversized furniture, provided they fit within the 6x12 trailer.
Event Cleanup: Post-event waste removal for parties and community gatherings.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or service time to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service time, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
